Alignment Station Offset Label

Moving the text from an Alignment Station Offset Label at a certain point automatically flips the text. (See attached) Is it possible to stop the flip?

Edit the label style. On the Dragged State tab, change Display from Stacked Text to As Composed.

Tried your suggestion...Text doesn't flip but the leader arrow still does...

Good afternoon,

I have a question about alignment offset labels. Please refer to the inset:

I can label offsets (such as top of curb) we created an expression to add to the offset label the elevation of the TC (basically it reads the elevation of the road surface and add 6"). I would like to create a style to label TAG numbers instead, then extract the alignment station, offset and TC elevation from the tag and show the information on a table.  Thanks in advance.
