Alignment not plotting correctly

I'm using C3D 2017. I have a curved Alignment in my drawing with multiple viewports. In the drawing, both in PS and MS, the alignment is displaying properly. But when I go to print the drawing, the alignment line/curve seems to be shifting but the labels and tick marks are staying in the correct place.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or have any recommendations on how to fix this issue?

I attached two images. One is a screenshot from C3D showing how the alignment looks and the second of how that area is plotting.

Hi-

Is that 2nd image a PDF plot?  I assume you're current with your C3D17 and ACAD service packs?  I've seen this with rotated UCS at times, but can regen to resolve it.

Yes, the 2nd image is a PDF plot but the issue exists if I plot to PDF or directly to a printer or plotter.

Yes, we're current on all of the Service Packs and updates for 2017.

The view port does have a rotated UCS. But in C3D everything looks correctly, it only has an issue when plotting. I had a co-worker open the drawing and the same issue happened to them.
