Alignment grid view

Hello there, why is the PI station value from "Alignment grid view" and model space different (See the pic attached)? Is there a way to make sure which one is correct? In addition, why is this even happening?

That almost appears to be reading something other than the PI of the curve, but something to do with a spiral. Is that curve part of a spiral?

Yes, i used spiral-curve-spiral method.

There is probably a logical reason behind what you posted, but without the dwg it will probably be difficult to get to the bottom of this.

I am confident that the P.I.s as labeled in your drawing are correct.  The P.I. Stations that are in question are calculated by using the station of the SC then adding the tangent of the circular curve and you get the Station that is in the chart.

What Rick had relayed, BTW.
