I need to modify an alignment and create a tangent between reverse curve. please let me know how this can be done.

Hi,

For a reverse curve you cannot add a tangent at the middle without changing the curves because reverse curves means 0 tangent length.

To add a tangent you need to change the location of at least one curve. 

Delete one curve through geometry editor.

Create that curve again without connect to the other curve.

Then add a free line between two curves.
