Alert for International Feet

I think this would be easily done. But I could be wrong.

I'd like to have a LISP program (that I'd run upon opening every drawing via acaddoc.lsp) that finds whether the drawing's Imperial to Metric Conversion is set to US Feet, in which case nothing happens, or if it is set to International Feet, in which case an alert box would pop up. (And potentially be changed to vice-versa behavior for people in int. feet states.)

If such a thing exists, I haven't found it. If this can be created, it would potentially save the world, not just me, a heap of time and trouble.
