Adding Grid on profile view for structure

Is there any method to add a grid just for Manhole Structure as shown below

You can fake it using a structure label consisting of only a line like this:

and having the setting for default label placement set like so:

Have the label layer set to your typical vertical grid line layer.

but the step that you attached doesn't work pretty well with me because I could not make the same step that you stuck in both figures maybe if you have  a short video will be great

note that I use civil 3d 2022
