Adding custom labels along polylines

Hello, I am attempting to add labels/ custom annotations along polyline. The reason I am doing this is because I have some imported noise study linework where each polyline corresponds to a certain decibel sound. I would like to add some labels along these polylines that give the decibel level. What commands would you recommend for this?

Hi @jstephensRQFRF, I would grab all those polylines and assign a fictitious elevation depending on the decibel values. Then, I would create a dummy surface with those polylines and assign labels to it as if they were terrain contour lines.
