Adding Atlas 14 Rainfall Data into SSA

Is it possible to add in Atlas 14 rainfall data into SSA and use the rational method? Everything I am seeing says the only way to not use IDF curves is to use SCS method. The city is requesting Atlas 14 rainfall data and rational method and I can't figure it out. I am using SSA with C3D 2025

you have to use intensity.. NOAA 14 gives both volume and intensity

How do you even get to the window to add it in?

Read the help for creating IDF files in civil 3D. You can create it in Hydraflow and then use the IDF file in both Hydraflow and analyze gravity network
