Add/change label on conditional target link in assembly

Not sure if this is possible (probably not) but is there any way to alter the text in a conditional target link in the assembly?  I have an assembly with a bunch of these and if I haven't worked in it in a while, I have to "relearn" what each one is for.  If there was the ability to add a short code or text, you'd know what line it was targeting w/o having to check properties.
