Add a .tiff Image

I am working in Auto cad Civil 3d 2011.

Is it possible to add a .tiff imagery and keep the same coordinates format.

Sure:
MAPIINSERT
or Raster tools tab Insert
All assumes you have a world file with the tiff

Elie,

In addition to Joe's excellent advice, you can also use _MAPCONNECT:

Do Mappiinsert recommend a certain size.

I am adding a big raster(8Gb), and the following error appeared.

Not that I know of but 8gigs will choke most systems to a standstill.

Can you post a bigger screen grab of the command line history, and one of the folder contents where the tiff is located?

Elie,

Size is not the problem there, although that's a seriously large Tiff. Looks like a formatting problem with the file. Where did you get the Tiff?

Elie,

Where did you get that monster? If you have IrfanView, GeoViewer, MicroDEM, or OpenEV, you can check to see if it's a valid TIFF.
