I was using Civil 3d 2018 software. Then I selected a file from a sheet set manager to publish to pdf. After it loaded an Autodesk error report pops up with report details as follows:

Kidding aside: This happens from time to time, for a variety of reasons. If it happens more than once in short order, the drawing more than likely needs to be recovered and purged. If it continues producing such errors it may need recreating. If many drawing crash frequently you may need to reinstall the software or possibly even upgrade your hardware, graphics card mainly but possibly memory and/or cpu or other components.
I appreciate your quick response. I did purge the drawings but it still giving me the same report. Anyway, I will relay your message to our contract IT. He's not based in the company he's a freelance. Thank you again.
