I think you may have posted to the wrong group. This group is for Civil 3D. That's a Civil Engineering program. I don't think may of us make 3D models of dogs (even cute ones). But what someone does with their own time isn't my business.
You might be better off posting to either the basic AutoCAD group or the Inventor group. You'll might have better luck. One problem I see is that you only have one view of the dog. There isn't any Make 2D 3D button in any software. There has to be some data behind the model.
