2019 - Flared End Sections

When I "Add all Sizes" for the Flared End Section part family in 2019, I get parts with all the same 74x67 length and width dimensions.

Anyone else have this problem?

It's because of the way the part is defined, with each size as part of a list instead of a table (shown in the Source column).

Since you selected Add all sizes for all three lines (Width, Length, Diameter), it is going to generate a part using each of those sizes. You list shows it giving a 67x74 for each pipe size, and below it should then have a set of sizes for 72x74, 67x98 and 72x98 for each pipe size.

If you don't want those additional ones, either don't add all sizes, or just delete the ones you don't want.

If uncheck the length and width, and just choose "add all part sizes" for Pipe Diameter, I still get the same results. I get the same size structure for each pipe diameter.

I'm not getting correct FES sizes for the pipe diameters.

It's a poorly designed part, honestly. The part doesn't flare properly from a circle to a rectangle. It was designed with the 12" and if you test it with bigger sizes (or more drastically, smaller sizes) you can see it doesn't work right.
