2007 civil programs not running

My 2007 land desk civil programs do not run any longer, i.e grading , survey, points, terrain etc. The error message is "cannot find a dll..." . Can you help? I have reloaded the software and still the same results. ny use is limited to basic drawing tools.

What OS? You might want to try a Clean Installation.

I have reinstalled twice. maybe my reinstallation is wrong.

AutoCAD *anything* is not supported on Windows 10. I have been unable to get anything older than C3D 2014 to run properly under Win10.
