1 Horizontal alignment with multiple vertical alignments

I have a road that we need to do multiple alternatives on.

I want to know if it is possible to have 1 horizontal alignment with multiple vertical alignments to represent the alternatives of the road without the two vertical alignments showing on the different profile view.

Sure you can.

Once you create the profile view go to profile view properties --> Profiles tab --> Uncheck unwanted profiles for each option.

A Profile can exist solely in the Civil 3D database or it can also be shown in the drawing. If you do wish the profile to be seen, add it to a Profile View. As stated by @Jeew-m , use Profile View Properties, Profiles tab, to turn on or off the display of any or all profiles in that Profile View.
