VBA Sample Code

I was wondering if someone out there could help me confirm that the sample VBA sheet set manager code provided with Civil 3D does not work correctly, or if Autodesk's intent was not to provide a usable code example for the sheet set manager. I have tried it using two computers at work and on the free trial version of AutoCAD 2007 at home. The project should be located on your computer at:
C:\Program Files\Autodesk Civil 3D 2006\Sample\ActiveX\SheetSetVBA

I am able to run the "Example_SSC" correctly except for the part where it is to add custom properties to sheet1.

The Example_SSListAll does not list the custom properties as the code indicates that it should. It will list the subset, name and description correctly.

I have found that it works, but is quirky.
It will create a new sheet set file, as long as the template file isn't passed as an argument like the API calls for. If a template file is supplied, it will create the .dst, but crashes and then I have to manually unlock the dst with the ssmgr and either erase it to start again, or edit it as needed.

it took me a while to figure it out, but that's the only problem I've had with the sample.
