Right Click Customization

This may just be a regular AutoCAD question. But is there a way to add items to the right click menu. For example In 2009 Civil 3D there is no "copy with base point" command like there is in AutoCAD 2008. You have to go to the edit menu to get this command.

Just use the CUI.

One particularly useful item to add is the old Dimension shortcut menus, which are also missing from C3D. To do this, open the CUI and go to the Transfer tab. On one side, open your main Civil 3D CUI file, and on the other side, open the ACAD.CUI file that ships with C3D 2009. Then select the "Dimension Objects Menu" from the Shortcut Menus in the ACAD.CUI, and drag-n-drop them into your Civil 3D CUI.

Actually, it is there, just one step further.

right click ->

select "Clipboard"

select "copy with base point"

D'oh!

I didn't even look. I always use CTRL+SHIFT+C for "copy with basepoint".
