"Automated" Corridor Region Splitting by Alignment Horizontal Geometry

I have a a corridor that consists of alternating lines and curves (line-curve-line-curve-...). For each line and curve of the alignment horizontal geometry the corridor needs to have a different region. At the moment I am manually splitting the corridor into regions (based on alignment horizontal geometry) by clicking on the location where alignment geometry changes...which can get tedious.

My question is: Does anyone have any ideas or info on how the process of "splitting a corridor into regions based on alignment horizontal geometry" could be streamlined/automated....or at least sped up? (Tools, workflows, etc.)

The Baselines property of the corridor to get the baseline to modify. Then the  BaselineRegions can be used to add the regions.

The Alignment has a GetStationSet method to get the stations you are looking for to create the regions.
