ObjectDBX

Can ObjectDBX be used to extract Civil 3d information
from a drawing?

Back in March, at Tony Tanzillo's prompting, I did find that C3D objects
could be accessed via ObjectDBX. I stated so at the time, but also said "Now
to find how to access the non-graphical objects, i.e. the Settings." I still
have not found a way to do this, and that, so far, is my only interest in
using ODBX with C3D. So, no, I have not found the answer that I want to
find.

So, you asked a blanket question, Peter gave a blanket answer. My previous
response to you about how you were extracting the information, was based
solely on what you said: "I can extract Civil3d Alignment, Profile,
ProfileView objects etc... from a closed drawing using objectDbx and then
transfer the information into another open drawing using VBA.". The key
wording here was "extract ..... objects", which is why I asked if you were
copying the objects to another drawing.

Now, if you would've been a bit more specific about WHAT you wanted to be
getting/doing, a more qualified response could likely have been given.

So, what solution have you arrived at?
