I have created a Pay Items.csv with metric units ("m" for linear, and "ea" for units). Those work. I am unsuccessful in executing a Take Off list with metric areas or volumes. I referred to the C:\Program Data\......\Pay Item Data\Units\QTOUnits.xml and have tried "sqm", "sq m" and "m2", but am still not able to assign any kind of area pay item to a closed polyline or hatch.
