Manage reference templates via .net or COM

Has anyone been able to manage (attach, detach, load or unload) reference templates using the .net or COM api? Not expecting someone to write the code here just want to know if Autodesk exposed it in the api.

I haven't tried it. But since @TimYarris and the Autodesk team haven't prioritized the API I doubt they have updated the API to include this. It appears the API team for Civil Infrastructure has totally lost the skill to provide APIs. Its like pulling teeth to get Autodesk to improve the API at the same time as the UI/UX experience in Civil 3D is changed. I know I'm tired of getting asked what the "Story" is, when the UI/UX of Civil 3D already has the story told.

Couldn’t find a class in any of the namespaces that exposes this. I would love to see the API updated as the UI is as well. 

@andrew_milford can you please weigh in if this could be added down the road? Sorry to put you on the spot 🙂
