Change Color/Background of Panorama Window (Event Viewer Vista)

Is there a way to customize the color/background of the panorama window?  We can do it for the command prompt itself (see attached screenshot) which is great for those like me with bad eyes.  The white background of the Panorama window/Event Viewer Vista window is hard on my eyes and can give me a bad headache by noon.  Would be awesome to do it for the Toolspace/Prospector window as well so that it looks more like the Properties/Tool Palette windows that can be docked which are a darker gray.

Unfortunately, Autodesk only really got started with the dark theme then quit.  Other than the LAYER, PROPS and a handful more dialogs, very few other windows and dialogs honor the theme and I agree, the bright dialogs are hard on these old eyes as well.

Also, bring back the 2017/2018 gray color scheme, the dark blue is ugly in comparison.
