VS Code Launching Instead of Visual LISP Editor

I reset my settings to default and now VS Code launches rather than the classic Visual LISP Editor.  How do I get it back to normal?

System Variable LISPSYS

0 = Legacy VL IDE

1 or 2 = Visual Studio Code
