How do you track down a Structure Creation Error for a custom part?

Update: I have removed all parts from the file and re-pathed to the default directory, but I am still getting the same error. I have no idea what is causing this.

Are you sure it exists on your computer? Did you set the Parts Catalog to the custom structures?

I found the two issues late yesterday:

1. IT was running a script to copy the network parts list onto the individual PCs' hard drives, overriding the default installation.
2. The ADS product parts list provided by ADSpipe.com is missing a structure file, which is causing the error.

I'm having this same issue, what file was missing from the ADS files that you ended up needing? I can't seem to locate what is missing. I've got coworkers who've I've copied the templates folder from their computer (it works fine on theirs) and it still doesn't work.

I don't know. We removed all of the ADS structures to stop the error from occurring.

Hey guys, in my case, where I had to modify an existing catalog by adding custom parts/structures, what I did was copy and paste both my "Pipes Catalog" folder and my "Templates" folder (inside ContentLibrary) into the PC of the person who needed to use the catalog, and that worked. I'm not sure if this works for brand-new catalogs from scratch, but it should.

Solved this by copying and pasting the contents of the templates folder into the C drive location (not the entire templates folder with items in it)
