SAC 2025 Subassemblies

Is there solution available or coming to use subassemblies created with SAC 2025 with C3D2024 or earlier? I ran into problem when I edited custom subassembly in SAC 2025, saved it and modified subassembly didn't work on previous C3D versions. When trying to insert subassembly to assembly, it gives warning message "One or more subassembly. NET classes could not be found". As I saved assembly with SAC 2025 I am not able to open it with SAC 2024 any more.

I assume this is caused by the .NET 8 references in 2025, which are incompatible with .NET Framework 4.8 in 2024. I don't know if you can fix it, but too bad it didn't warn you while saving.

Maybe you can copy from SAC2025 and paste it in SAC2024 to get the most of it back.

@Anton_Huizinga  Thanks for your reply. I managed to recover my subassembly from cloud backup, but it is a real problem that SAC 2025 doesn't give warnings while saving (overwriting) as it makes assemblies unusable on older versions. When subassemblies are used by more people than myself, its difficult as I should save one version in old format and one in new for using on C3D2025. So I always have to think about the versions of users C3D. Well - it is as it is and trying to keep it in mind 🙂
