Is someone able to take the code in the following post and convert to DLL please??

Well. That's certainly beyond my abilities. However, if you have a copy of Land Desktop Companion running, you can use Make Block Chart.

At what stage of the program running does it crash it?

I'll qualify that statement - C3D goes into Not Responding mode and I stopped it after 5 minutes.

 

I then retried with 3 very small simple drawings and the table was created but the cells were not populated with anything

You might want to try the SincPac with it's Legend Builder: http://quuxsoft.com/SincpacC3D_Help/SP_LegendBuilder.htm I haven't used it, but it kind of kills any desires I would have to make Kean's program work better.
