PROBLEMS WITH POINTS

I have a job that I am working on that has to be specifically to the clients format using their template.  For some reason I cant get my point labels to show up.  I made sure I copied all of our point styles, point label styles, and layers into the clients template.  The only point labels I can get to show up are ENG ELVE HARD and ENG ELEV SOFT which were already in the client template.

Check your point label styles. The label visibility is set to false.

Thanks.  I found that shortly after I posted.  I just dont know how that value changed when copying from our template to theirs
