Problems loading custom program R2014

I don't seem to be able to run a set of my custom programsn that I have been runnning since R2009.

I get the untrusted location dialogue box, the commands have demand loaded into the registry but when I run I get unknown command or nothing happens and no text on the command line.

I have tried Rebuilding the code to target R2014 and also turning off the trusted switch all to no avail.

Anyone else had problems and found a fix?

Hi,

Custom program written using ARX ? .NET ?
Did you rebuild it for 2014 ? Which Visual Studio did you use ?
Please make sure you are using appropriate version of Visual Studio here.

Regarding "untrusted location dialogue box" there is a change in 2014 release and you can get more details from our ADN DevBlog -

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Hi Partha, It is Dot net / Com api and originally (working in R2013) built on VS express 2010/2007. I did rebuilt it using VS express R2012 it that the problem?

I thought that the 2013 version apps were supposed to work now with 2014?

Thanks Jeff, Still with it targeted correctly I'm not having any luck.
That is using 19.1 & 10.3 as the versions.

Secureload = 0 etc to disable the protection but does not seem to be the cause of issues.

I'm currently rebuilding in VSe 2010.

The solution Seemed to be to rebuild the application in VSe 2010, aparently Civil3d2014 doesn't seem to like VSe 2012. Perhaps due to .Net version or most likly the general trend of hatrid with Win8  : P

Thanks.

Mike
