Paper space label with attribute text

I'm trying to create a very simple paper space label/block that can be copied and edited without changing the first block.Slope Screenshot 2026-02-17 122517.png that looks like this.

What i need it to do:

be able to be copied in paper space, rotated to different angles and text that when edited it doesn't change the others.  I need it have underline and text mask. so when i change 2% to 25% the underline and text mask update also.

I got really close with a block that contained the solid for the arrow head and multiline attribute text but when i edit the text the underline goes away.

In the .dwg attached the block above looks good but when i copy it and edit the text the underline goes away.

Any insight is appreciated.

Editing the attribute thru the properties window seems to automatically remove the underline.  Try editing the attribute by holding down the CRTL key and then double click the attribute.  It will edit in place just like Mtext, and retain the underline.

Adding a dynamic block rotation might be a nice addition for this block, and a flip to reverse the arrow if needed. (see attached)
