* las file editing
- Is it possible to insert the las file format into C3D instead of rcssk, rcp, lgs, etc.?

-If insertion is possible, is it possible to move the location of the las file or use 'Aline' to paste to the points where the x,y,z data we investigated in advance exist?

-If even this process is possible, is it possible to re-extract the las file from which we moved x,y,z to a las file format rather than a dxf or dwg file format?

- If it is not possible to extract it as a las file, it is okay to extract it with rcp or rcs. However, if it is extracted as an rcp or rcs file, it would be very appreciated if you could recommend a program that converts it into a las file.

There is a collection of tools in DotSoft LidarTools Freeware on Autodesk App Store that may be able to help.  You can bring Lidar points and better yet a TinSurface directly into Civil3D without jumping through the ReCap hoop.  Remember to NEVER DISCARD your source Lidar data (in LAS format).  After converting to ReCap its format is a locked proprietary format.
