How to create custom annotation labels for Civil 3d.

Hello, I wanted to be able to create custom annotation labels, as my office has their own styles on how to label elevations, profiles, etc. I'm attaching a file showing how my office does profile view labels and spot elevations. If someone can guide me through how to create these custom labels if it is possible, it would help me greatly, as I wouldn't have to manually input all the information for every label and also avoid copy/paste mistakes.

I know many over here will be able to make these labels or blocks for me with very little effort, but I would also very much appreciate the instructions on how to create a label or block like this, so I can do them myself in the future. Thank you all in advance.

Hi sbaziz,

Yeh we can create a custom / user defined annotations in civil 3d.

Surface Label: Shall be create, change the leader pointing style from arrow to dot & make sure the spot elevation is underlined. and here 45 Degree angled dragged style shall be create but in when you play with this on plans it might be difficult to place / space constrains on plans (some times).

Profile Label 7 other Standard Labels: Profile annotation style i couldn't understand it from drawing, because where it needs to be call up on profile, like on top of pipe or bottom of pipe ??? because since it has pipe dia and size information too... So kindly share a PDF of you plan & profile mark the labels what ever you want to create as per the local municipal / company standards.
