Hi...I created a character in the Character Generator under the Educational License but was unable to continue after clicking the 'Purchase and Download' button.
I may have misunderstood but I was under the impression that the Educational License allowed for the characters to be downloaded. Before hitting the 'Purchase and Download' button it says the cloud credit balance is "Unlimited Credits - Account (Shared) 99999999999" and after hitting the button, I get a message that says, "You have insufficient cloud credit (only -1 cloud credits) to purchase this character.
Have I misunderstood what is allowed or is there something that can be rectified?

I'm also having the same issue with the "Download and Purchase".
It was working for me.
The last time it worked was April 4th.

The issue should be solved now.
Can you please sign out of Character Generator or Autodesk Accounts, clear your caches and cookies, and restart the browser then you should be able to download your characters.

I am getting the same problem. A few days ago I could download the characters but not now. Also when I generate a character I can not select high res or medium res textures. It simply won't accept the check mark in the box.
I signed out. I deleted all my browser history and cache. The result is still the same. I can not download anything.
