Multiphysics with Autodesk Inventor

Autodesk CFD is rich with alot of functionality that it beats my imagination that geometric assemblies(from Inventor) cannot be imported directly into Autodesk CFD maintaining assembly joints/constraints. I'm currently working on a novel articulating turbine, but have had to request that the University purchase COMSOL Multiphysics licenses coupling Multibody Dynamics with the CFD Module to analyze. It would have been a great opportunity to initiate the Faculty into the wonderful Autodesk Software Library as the Mechanical and Aero courses are biased to SolidWorks, Siemens NX PLM and Ansys packages, but research can't wait forever for this functionality. There is a growing population of postgraduate(Esp PhD level) students with Autodesk Knowledge just requiring special use cases to convince the faculty to include CFD and Inventor into the University's software library.
