Currently the default setting of gap element in the gap refinment is 1 element. If i intend to use the the gap refinement, I seldom want to have only one element in the gap. The default should be changed to 3 elements instead. Or make it so that it is possible for users to set the default number of gap elements. This way you wont have to go in and change the settings every time.
