Water getting stuck on outlet of pipe

HI, so i am simulating a pipe having a reservoir above and an empty tank on the other side, the water flows correctly from the reservoir but keeps on getting stuck when met in the empty tank, see the photo attachment for reference. How do i fix this?

By stuck do you mean that the water jet is not advancing forward? 
If so this is likely due to a lack of mesh in that area to capture how the free surface would evolve and propagate in to the domain

By stuck do you mean that the water jet is not advancing forward?
