Strange results in Simulation of refrigerator condenser

Hello everyone,

the temp. distribution stopped completely at the starting of 2nd row.

In the simulation of refrigerator condenser I have applied these conditions to the tubing:

  • inlet: quality[1], temp=330K, velocity=5m/s.
  • outlet: ambient pressure  (to see the pressure drop at the tube outlets).
  • film coeefients on the outer surface of copper tubing= 10W/m^2/K
  • heat transfer and flow is on.

please see the results which I got and please if anyone can find the reason of this problem please help me. I have attached the screenshots of results.

I ran with a 1.5mm mesh all over (manual) and here are my temperature results.

Looks pretty OK to me. You?

CFZ attached, although this was run in 2018.
