Strange flow result with motion, I think this needs attention

Dear CFD team,

I have made a simulation in 2d with the blades outside-initial position-inside method and made the timestep 0.0005 substeps 40 stop time: 0.09
7200 time steps to run and a 229 757 fluid elements but I see the result is very strange. The blades are rotating with 60 rpm so the max velocity at the midpoint about PI m/s.

Look at the fluid that also moves with about 1.2-1.5 m/s and the backwards moving bernoulli stream at the gaps would be 4.0+ m/s however it doesnt really move. Actually I was expecting it to move with the rotating fluid but based on the velocity that it doesnt really "dissipate" it should be moving backwards...
So its odd.

With less mesh the problem is very visible like the blade remain there and somehow it is influencing the result of the simulation...

Also pascal law seems to be forgotten, the pressure in the segments look like they are added together etc.

I have made a 3d version of it there the first result looks correct. That one is at the bottom. But only correct at the first step. Afterwords the simulation goes wrong. This one actually did not use the outside-initial position-inside method. So I am a bit confused what would be the best solution.

Please advise!
Thank you!
