Simulation of Droplet forming of a nozzle

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to simulate how droplets are generated at a nozzle by a pressure puls using cfd Ultimate? At Free Surface it says it's not possible, is there a way using CFD ultimate?

Sorry, but ultimate adds motion capabilities for simulating the movement of valves and such.
