Problem to open CFD 2019

I tried to start the software, but didn't open. No error codes, I tried open as administrator. The firewall wasn't working, the antivirus is ESET antivirus program.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! What exactly happens when you say it doesn't open? Does the splash screen appear? Are you using the educational version? If so, the default download method is broken and instead you will have to use the browser download. If you are on the educational version, please watch this video.

I saw the video, I download again the software using the browser download option, I uninstall the previous CFD 2019 installation and installed with the new installer. The software ask for the license numbers. Now I have the following message: Activated License Found') However I have the authorized usage of 2 personal devices

Hi @carr,

Being a student you only get a few seats, I forget how many. So it sounds like you used these up and now can't install it on another computer. This area is outside my domain expertise. Maybe reaching out on the Installation and Licensing forum is a good idea.
