need help

Hi,

i m using cfd for the first time ...... i have started with a tutorial but when i simulate it gives error that solver has stopped unexpectedly ..... is there any problem with installation ?? please help how to resolve it ......

here i m attaching  error pic....... please reply fast

Hi,

 

Are you running from a localy drive? You do need to be (always worth checking the knowledge network)

I suggest starting with the car tutorial, just a single air part and very little to go wrong 🙂

i have tried all the solutions available for this type of error but problem is still there
i have 4gb free space in my c drive ........ is the problem is due to this ???

Yes, it could be. I would be a little careful as these CFD files can easily top 4GB in size and could fill your HDD.

I tend to keep at least 100GB spare.

 

Would you like to post a share file (CFZ) for comment?

file is not getting attached
anyhow i have increased my local disk free space and it started working
