Mesh adaptation Fails unexpectedly while solving using CFD Flex

I am trying to run a study with mesh adaptation enabled and has it has worked on a local solve but when I try to run it on the cloud it stops after the first solution and never refines the mesh

Are you starting the run from 0 iterations in both instances?
