Hello Guys,

About two weeks ago I could solve the solution in cloud, but know I don't know what happened. It seems an error about licensing. How I can solve this problem?

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I am not positive why you are facing this issue. Are you positive your entitlements/services have not changed? Can you try signing out and back into the upper right hand corner of CFD. Have you tried closing the program and reopening? Restarting computer? Here is an article which details how to reset the cache for the simulation job manager. This would be a good process to follow if none of the above issues resolve your problem.

If you work with a colleague who can still successfully use the cloud then asking him/her to sign into CFD using their own credentials and then trying to access the cloud is a great step to verify whether it's an entitlements issue or something is wrong locally. Is this possible to do?

Thanks,

Hy, I'm a student and inopportunely my license for Revit 2014 is ended. But I almost didn't use the software and now I want to use. My computer is 32 bits, so I can't download the most recent versions. Please can you generate a new code for activation the student license? My serial number is: xxx-xxxxxxxx Key Product: 829f1 Solicitation Code: TX0G NH7C 0Z1X 7F94 77K1 E31G ZQV0 TA3Z Thank you. Caio Grassi Delete Message Back to Sent Messages

Hi @Anonymous,

This is a CFD Forum. I suggest you ask on the Revit forum.
