If you are having problems launching CFD 2019 with an EDU license, look here

A ton of people have been starting threads on the CFD forum pertaining to a problem using CFD 2019 via an EDU license. This is a known issue and appears to be due to using the "Install Now"/Download Manager. The key here is to use the "browser download", which is not the default.

For more information please see this thread.

Thanks,

I have tried this solution (webbrowser download) but it´s not working. I have an important homework to do in Autodesk and ask  you for a quick response and solution.

tks

This doesnt work ... the only thing I have seen thus far in forums is to install a copy of windows 10 on you're machine, but this is hardly a solution, its like saying you need to use linux to use open office. This is an issue with the developers that havent made this compatible with any older versions of OS. Disappointing indeed!
