I have tried CLOUD Solve for a few time, and every time I tried it came up as error. The error message is also always the same, which is "Key Used". Here's the full error log :

Hi @Anonymous,

I am not sure what that log file means. What happens in the user interface? Do you get an error message? What does the simulation job manager show? Does it say the simulation failed on solve? Do you think this failure is model specific? Does the same scenario solve locally?

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply, I don't see any error message in the UI, the simulation manager shows it as "Failed". I haven't tried solving locally but I will try to solve it locally.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thanks for the update. What is marked as failed in the SJM UI? Upload? Solve? Download? Were you charged cloud credits?

Have you checked the Status file? Check the end of the status file to see if it contains any useful information. Feel free to attach the Status file here. I am happy to take a look at it.

Thanks,

Solve is the one with the error, I wasn't charged. How do I check the status file?

Hi @Anonymous,

It's good to hear you were not charged. The screenshot below shows you where the status file is.

The button is inactive, but I have tried on other objects and it works. I think that model is just too complex

Hi @Anonymous,

I don't know what a .rstl file is. Where did this file come from? Is it a CAD file? Neither Inventor or Fusion 360 can open it up, and it's not native to Autodesk CFD.

Thanks,

Hi @Anonymous,

The errors you are facing probably have nothing to do with the cloud. You geometry has very poor integrity. I recommend rebuilding the geometry from scratch, using your current obj as a reference. I recommend using a solid body modeling package like Fusion 360 or Inventor.

Thanks,
