CFD crashes before opening; no error message

I've just installed the student version of CFD on my computer. The first time I opened it, I got some license agreements, etc, and then it crashed. No error message. On subsequent attempts, it also crashed. Sometimes when I open it, I get an error report form, while other times it just silently exits. I have never been able to get passed the splash screen. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

There is no error message. Just the error report form (that doesn't even come up every time) that says "There has been an error".

If it doesn't opens, it should be an installation problem. Have you try reinstall it? Or check that all the complements were installed correctly on the right directory? I would check that everything is were is suppose to and if so, then try reinstall it.
