@Anonymous,

Chances are it's the known issue. I posted a thread on it and pinned it to the CFD forum.

@Anonymous,

Good point. What's the error you are getting on the splash screen?

It is an Autodesk CFD Error Report screen. Starting as “A software problem has caused Autodesk CFD to close unexpectedly.”
I can’t attach ss, on mobile.

@Anonymous,

Hmmm, not sure why this would happen. Does it occur when you are opening a specific project? Or just opening the UI? What happens if you try to open Autodesk CFD without loading a project? Will that at least load?

Thanks,

Hello @Anonymous,

CFD 2019 supports 64-bit of windows 10. Could you please confirm if your operating system is 64 bit or 32 bit?

Please also make sure your graphic card driver is up to date.

Besides, we recommend minimum of 12 GB RAM to run CFD, did you try to install CFD on the other machines?

Thanks!

Hi Xiaojin,

I am sure my computers are 64-bit and  windows 10, but none of them can launch CFD 2019. I reinstalled it, still does not work. Is there any way to fix this issue? I tried to install CFD 2019 in two computers,  none of them work.

I tried to download previous version but found the only version available now is 2019 version. I can not save intervals using my 2017 version even I set it up, that's why I was thinking about download the latest version. Thanks.

I also have had issues running CFD, and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I've looked at several forums with no results that would work. Every time I open it straight from the app it doesn't open, and when I attempt to open it from revit with the assessment tool I get an error report message from Autodesk. Is there anything suggestions you can offer to help? error.PNG

Hi!

I had same problems as mentioned above. I tried everything (clean uninstalls, running as admin, trying other computer etc.), it was frustrating.

But finally, I got the software to work by reinstalling it through manage.autodesk.com and changing the install method to "Install Now". Got CFD 2019 to launch (Revit add-in still doesn't work).

Maybe it helps someone.

(Specs: Win10, i7-7700HQ CPU, 16 GB RAM, 64-bit)

Hello, Is there any explanation or workaround for CFD not being compatible with NVIDIA Quadro M2000?
