I'm attempting to activate CFD 2017 Design Study Environment on an educational license, but the activation screen says that the product key I'm providing is invalid. I've attempted to contact support, but they keep asking for me to give them a request code, which I can't generate because of the invalid product key.
I'm able to activate CFD 2017 Motion itself with the given SN and key.
It looks like this was a known issue in June, based on some other threads on the forum, but I can't find any resolution to this, or who else I should be contacting for assistance.
EDIT: I figured out what the problem was. There's a separate request for the DSE key at http://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/cfd-design-study-environment -- this works fine.
