2D X-Y Plots

How can I do 2D x-y plots? For example, if I want to know the exit plane distribution of a scalar on an axisymmetric geometry, how do I that? It looks like you can only do x-y plots in 3D.

Hi @Anonymous,

I was just able to build a quick 2D Axisymmetric in X nozzle. I added a plane and placed it near the outlet of the nozzle, then clicked XY plot and put a point near the wall and one near the center line (x axis). I was able to plot the velocity distribution across the channel.

I placed these points by clicking on the plane I created. Does this help? Am I missing something?

Thanks,

I am unable to add plot points by typing in the coordinates or by uploading a plot file. Even when I upload an already saved file from the CFD as .XYP I only get the plot name updated but the Plot button still remains inactive. I am on the 2024 version.
