Hello linc,
We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issue with Buzzsaw. Based on your description and screenshots, it appears the Buzzsaw desktop client may be experiencing a language/locale issue.
If the issue is not related to regional or language settings, it may have something to do with the installation. I noticed you mentioned uninstalling Buzzsaw, did you also happen to remove the registry keys for Buzzsaw as well?
If not, could you please perform the uninstall using the following steps in Windows and then re-install to see if this corrects the issue?
1. Go to the Control Panel/ Programs and Features.
2. Uninstall Autodesk Buzzsaw.
3. Close the Control Panel.
4. Click on Start and enter the following into the Search field: regedit.exe
5. Hit Enter on the keyboard.
6. Navigate to the following registry keys and delete them:
○ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Au
○ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Aut
○ HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Aut
7. Close the registry editor.
8. Open a browser window.
