Upgrade trial to BIM 360 Team

I have purchased 5 seats of BIM 360 Team and can now distribute them to my team. How long will it take for our site to be converted from a trial to a full account?

Thanks Bud, I have tried this as well as sign-out/sign-in but still not change. BTW, I have two portals nextarch.autodesk360.com is the trial account that I want to upgrade. It is also the default. The other portal is shaw9.autodesk306.com

Bruce,

You need to assign the purchased subscription to your BIM 360 Team hub. In order to do so, please login to manage.autodesk.com, click on Acccess Now link next to BIM 360 Team contract showing up in products and services list. This redirects you to BIM 360 team contract assignment page. Here you need to enter your Team hub URL and assign the contract. Once assigned your hub will move from Trial to Paid. HTH.
